FAQ

What kind of images work best?

Photos with a clear subject (people, products, animals, vehicles). Very fine hair or transparent surfaces may not be perfect. Supports JPG, PNG, WebP.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. The AI inference and download happen entirely in your browser. Safe for private photos and confidential content.

Why is the first run slow?

The AI model (~176MB) is fetched the first time. After that it is cached in your browser and subsequent runs take just a few seconds.

Is there a limit on how many images I can process?

None. It runs one image at a time but you can process as many as you like, free of charge.

Can I use HEIC or AVIF images?

The AI model currently accepts PNG, JPG and WebP. For HEIC or AVIF, convert them to PNG or JPG first using the Convert tool.
